How to Save Money, Stack Rewards at Panera Bread

Go beyond MyPanera Rewards and Ultimate Sip Cup. Save at Panera with gift cards and payment apps like Raise and Fluz

Last updated on May 22nd, 2025 at 12:01 pm

A great “always-on” way to save money at Panera is to pay with one of the three payment apps highlighted below (Raise, Fluz or StoreCash), all of which offer instant cash back.

Another great way to save is to buy Panera gift cards at a discount. Panera frequently has gift card specials on its Web site (Example: 20% off a gift card).

Combine the above with an Unlimited Sip Cup subscription and MyPanera Rewards® (plus coupons, discount codes and limited-time promotions) to maximize your savings.

HOW TO PAY AT PANERA BREAD

1. Pay with Raise
Earn 3% cash back instantly when you pay at Panera Bread using Raise, a free exact change payment app that allows you to earn instant cash back on purchases at more than 150 retailers, including Panera. To use the Raise app at Panera you must spend at least $5 but no more than $200.

Pro Tip: Pay with Raise at Panera’s in-store kiosks, so you can enter the gift card number and PIN on your own and don’t have to involve a cashier.

To learn all you need to know about this very useful payment app, check out AGP’s Raise FAQ page.

2. Pay with Fluz

You can earn up to 4.5% cash back (the cash back amount varies over time) when you pay at Panera Bread using Fluz, a free payment app that allows you to earn instant cash back on purchases at select retailers. To use Fluz at Panera you must spend at least $10 but no more than $500.

With Fluz you can create an exact change gift card of between $100 and $200, OR you can create a gift card of a “fixed” amount of $10, $25, $50 or $100.

Want to sign up with Fluz? You’ll get a free $5 and All Good Points will get $5 if you use referral code ALLGOOD at signup and spend at least $15 in the app.

OR

3. Pay with StoreCash
As of this writing, you can earn 6.75% cash back when you generate a Panera gift card in StoreCash, an app which differs from Raise and Fluz in that it requires you to have a debit card.

If you use StoreCash at Panera you will be prompted to create a gift card in a fixed amount, either $10, $25, $50 or $100. Again, you will find it easiest to use StoreCash at Panera’s in-store kiosks, as cashiers are unlikely to be familiar with payment tools like Raise, Fluz or StoreCash.

To learn more about how to use StoreCash, visit AGP’s StoreCash FAQ page.

BUY PANERA GIFT CARDS AT A DISCOUNT
Another great way to save is to buy Panera gift cards at a discount. Panera frequently has gift card specials on its Web site (Examples: 20% off a gift card, or a free $10 bonus card for every $50 gift card purchased). Try paying for the gift cards with Raise or one of the apps highlighted above to double-dip on the savings.
