Founded in 2017, Seated is a restaurant discovery app that rewards you for eating at local restaurants. Seated Rewards can be redeemed for gift cards from 20 major brands, including Amazon, Target, Starbucks, Dunkin’ and Delta Airlines.
Seated is a dining app that rewards users for eating at local restaurants. To earn rewards, simply browse the list of partner eateries in your city, “activate” a cash back offer before you arrive, and then pay with the credit or debit card linked to your Seated account.
Yes. Seated is a legitimate app, though it has a woefully low rating in Google Play (2.1 out of 5 stars), as compared to a 4.6 out of 5 star rating in the App store. One common complaint among users is that Seated Rewards expire and disappear if the app goes unused for any 90-day period.
According to the Terms of Use you must be at least 18 years of age to use the Seated app.
1. Download the app.
2. Browse the list of Seated’s partner restaurants in your city.
3. Click “Activate” on an offer before you arrive at the restaurant.
4. Pay with the credit or debit card linked to your Seated account.
5. Earn a percentage of your spend in the form of Seated Rewards. Rewards are based on the subtotal of your check (prior to tax and tip).
No. Seated app rewards cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions, whether offered by the restaurant or third parties like Groupon.
No, there is no minimum spend required to earn Seated Rewards, except in the case of special promotions.

Yes. According to the Terms of Service, meals over $2,000 may not be eligible for rewards. Also not eligible: private dining, large parties and events (as defined by the individual restaurant’s dining policies).
Yes. According to the Terms of Use, Seated Rewards expire and are removed from your account if:
1. Seated Rewards are not used during any consecutive 90 day period, OR
2. You do not activate an offer and pay with a linked card at an affiliated establishment during any consecutive 90 day period.

Yes, each Seated user may upload their portion of the bill to earn rewards for their spend. But, if one user uploads the full bill then all subsequent receipts submitted will not be accepted.
